Overview

Side Jeep Safari is an excursion for people who love driving on dusty and dirt roads, as well as for those who are interested in the culture and history of Side town. On our Jeep Safari excursion in Side you will go to the Taurus Mountains in Land Rover jeeps and you will enjoy a beautiful view of the picturesque nature at 1200 mt above sea level. Then you will visit one of the ancient mosques which is more than 650 years old. Women are given a headdress and clothes so that you can take beautiful photos from the inside of the mosque. After you visit the ruins of ancient Rome our guide will give you brief information about this magnificent place. Then you will go to the local village where you can get acquainted with their traditions and culture. You will also visit the gardens where locals grow different types of subtropical fruits. And if you wish, you will be offered to visit a local zoo where you can see the animals that live in the Taurus Mountains. At the end of the Side jeep safari tour you will go to a mountain lake where you will have lunch in a picnic area and be able to swim in the green lake, and after you return back to the hotel.
